Biography
Dr. Halil Zaim is an Assistant Professor of Management at Alfred University. He earned his Ph.D. in Labor Economics from Istanbul University and brings over 20 years of teaching experience at both undergraduate and graduate levels. Throughout his career, he has held academic and leadership positions at universities in Turkey, Nigeria, Kuwait, and the USA. Dr. Zaim is a prolific scholar, having authored four academic books and published extensively in national and international journals. He has also presented his research at renowned conferences worldwide. His research interests span human resource management, organizational behavior, knowledge management, leadership, diversity management, and business ethics.
